ACE Graduate Recruitment has been set up by AFS Group to assist Scottish and UK Employers to meet their ethnicity employment levels and demonstrate that they are indeed ‘Equal Opportunity’ employers.
ACE will source graduates from within the African Diaspora, initially in Scotland, and help place these talented people with prominent UK employers. The ACE team will work closely with Diaspora Church and Community leaders to help bridge this ethnicity employment gap. Bob Cunningham, a doyen of the UK’s HR establishment, has been appointed to lead this initiative and his ACE team will be predominately sourced from the Diaspora.
