The United Nations Association Scotland is the National Council for Scotland of the United Nations Association UK (UNA-UK), which, in turn, is a member of the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA).

The International Tree Foundation works with communities in Africa to carry out sustainable community forestry projects which help to increase their income, food security and soil and water quality through growing trees. Our projects also protect and regenerate trees and forests, providing protection for the environment and atmosphere as well as habitats for rich biodiversity

Africa Broadcasting Company International (ABCi Media), is an independent media centre for news and information relevant to the people. We currently have radio, TV and online platforms which offer a unique perspective on reporting and factual analysis of topical issues in Africa and within the African Communities in the diaspora, focusing on issues such as security, good health care, cleanliness, road safety, education, accountability and so on.
The main objective of the media centre is to promote integration between people in Africa, the diaspora and the people of Scotland. Our platforms are currently online and broadcasts in English and will soon be adding French and major African languages such as Swahili, Arabic, Akan and Hausa.

Since 2003 Heart for the City has had a major impact in the City of Glasgow, Scotland and further afield. Heart for the City is a non-profit organization, committed to the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the children, Young people and families of the city communities. Special emphasis is placed on low-income neighbourhoods by creating innovative solutions to the difficult social problems that families face daily
The Greatway Foundation was established in 2009. It is growing from strength to strength, opening its doors to a wide variety of people from different backgrounds irrespective of race, colour, age, sex, religion, spiritual faith and sexual orientation. Greatway foundation is a community cooperative, where everyone works together for the greater benefit of all. The Foundation was set up to inspire, create a positive change in people’s lives.

Our primary aim is to improve the quality of life, especially for those feeling isolated or disadvantaged in one way or another. We continue to achieve this by breaking down social barriers through respect, tolerance, information, community cohesion, integration and social inclusion.
